Cookies
xivmidi sets exactly one cookie: a session cookie created when you sign in with Discord, used to keep you logged in. It’s strictly functional, required for the sign-in you asked for, and is never used for tracking, advertising, or analytics. No third-party cookies or trackers run on this site.
Data we collect
Signing in with Discord stores three things on your account:
If you choose to set them, your editor name, bio, and social links are also stored. These are optional, public, and fully under your control from your profile settings.
Like any web service, our servers and infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN) log IP addresses for security and operation purposes, for example to rate-limit abusive requests. These logs rotate out automatically after a limited time and are never linked to your account.
Why we process it
Discord account data is processed to provide the service you signed up for: signing in, your public profile, and file ownership. IP address logging rests on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and running.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Just reach out below.
Access, correction, or deletion requests are handled by hand and confirmed by email.
